Red Hat will provide full support on Red Hat's Product Suite.

Red Hat's Product Suite is comprised of RHEL, Layered Products and JBoss Enterprise Middleware.

This applies to all current and past Red Hat Enterprise Linux releases.

Do not support

  • Modified RPMs
  • Code development
  • System and network design
  • Implementation and development of security rules and policies
  • Red Hat Extras/Supplementary channel
  • Technology and preview features
