Red Hat and Fujitsu Siemens (FSC) provide support for customers who have purchased Primergy systems through a collaborative support relationshipFSC provides Primergy systems that are pre-loaded with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and is certified to offer all levels of support services.
Support services range from 12x5 (business hours) service through 24x7 with 1 hour response for Priority 1 service requests. FSC collaborates with Red Hat for service requests which require escalation to Red Hat.
Services are provided for all certified Primergy platforms, supporting both X86 and IA64 platforms, and for all versions of RHEL, including AS, ES and WS.
