Red Hat and Fujitsu Siemens (FSC) corporation have established a close collaboration to ensure that Red Hat Enterprise Linux is available across a broad range of Primergy systems from FSC. This agreement includes support service between the two companies so customers can purchase pre-loaded hardware systems and get support from FSC for both hardware and software. Alternately, customers may purchase software support services directly from Red Hat. Either way, escalations and high-level problems are solved through cooperation by both Red Hat and FSC.
